1/ Спонсорские письма распечатать, подписать, отправить нам копии. Оригиналы писем принести с собой в визовый центр 28/05/2019.

Подать заявку для ваших детей

Для ваших детей вы должны подать заявление отдельно - вы не можете включить их в свое собственное заявление.

Вы можете подать заявление о «регистрации» вашего ребенка для получения гражданства, если он родился:

за пределами Великобритании
в Великобритании до получения статуса постоянного жителя

Сколько это стоит

Заявление на каждого ребенка стоит 1012 фунтов стерлингов.

Вы также должны заплатить 80 фунтов стерлингов за церемонию получения гражданства вашего ребенка, если ему исполнится 18 лет во время процесса подачи заявления.

Когда не нужно подавать заявление на ребенка

Ваш ребенок автоматически становится гражданином Великобритании, если он родился обоими:

в Соединенном Королевстве
после получения статуса постоянного жителя

Вы можете подать заявление на получение паспорта ребенка, если вашему ребенку меньше 16 лет.

Ваш ребенок может подать заявление на получение паспорта взрослого, если ему больше 16 лет.

Я буду в Москве с 14 июля, возможно ли тогда записать меня через ВИП-зал и флекси на даты сразу после 14го?

можно ли по такой схеме планировать получение визы уже в 20-х числах июля?

Касаемо оплаты, я тогда скорее всего буду переводить вам со своей карты, но перед этим мне крайне важно знать - нужно ли будет мне делать какие-то выписки из Банка.

Если да, то мне нужно это будет сделать до перечисления вам средств.

. Временно закрыта услуга срочное рассмотрение, как вариант записываем на ближайшую дату через ВИП-зал и флекси (дополнительные платные услуги БВЦ), т.к. стандартная запись уже зарывается на 15 июля. Визовый центр ограничил записи, кроме ВИП-зала. Дополнительная стоимость двух услуг 12000 рублей. Записать можно на ближайший день. По такой схеме у нас получили в июне рабочую визу Tier 5 за 7 дней.

Не так просто и не так быстро на юр.лицо получить оплату с иностранного банка (усложнились правила ЦБ РФ), нужно на каждый перевод сформировать и зарегистрировать валютный паспорт в центробанке. В среднем когда регистрируем договор и валютный паспорт с нашими британскими партнерами уходит неделя и более, вот такие «сложные» российские законы.

Appendix FM
We submit that our client satisfies all of the requirements for leave to enter as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK under Section EC-P: Entry clearance as a partner of Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules as follows –
EC-P.1.1.
(a) The applicant is outside of the UK;
(b) The applicant has made a valid application for entry clearance as a partner;
(c) The applicant does not fall for refusal under Section S-EC: Suitability-entry clearance; and
(d) The applicant meets all of the requirements of Section E-ECP: Eligibility for entry clearance as a partner.
Suitability
With regards to character and conduct, it is submitted that our client has done nothing to give rise to any allegations which may suggest bad character and, as such, her presence in the UK cannot be considered undesirable. There is no reason why her exclusion would be conducive to the public good. The applicant has not failed to provide information, attend an interview or attend a medical examination when required to do so, nor has she acted in any way that would suggest that she does not meet the requirements of Section S-EC: Suitability-entry clearance. There is no reason why it would be undesirable to grant our client entry clearance.
Relationship Requirements
Our client also satisfies the relationship requirements under paragraphs E-ECP 2.1 to 2.10 as follows:-
E-ECP.2.1 The applicant’s husband is (a) a British citizen in the UK;
2.2 and 2.3 Both the applicant and her husband are over 18;
2.4 The applicant and her husband are not within the prohibited degree of Relationship;
2.5 The applicant and her husband have met in person, the applicant’s husband has visited her frequently in Russia and the couple were married in Russia in July 2018;
2.6 The relationship between the applicant and her husband is genuine and subsisting, they communicate with each other on a daily basis and otherwise visit each other as often as possible;
2.7 The marriage between our client and her husband is valid;
2.8 N/A;
2.9 Both the applicant and his wife have had previous relationships, however both are now free to marry and have evidence of this;
2.10 The applicant and his wife intend to live together permanently in the UK.

2.7 Брак между нашей клиенткой и ее мужем действителен;
2,8 Н / Д;
2.9 И заявитель, и его жена ранее имели отношения, однако теперь оба могут свободно вступить в брак и иметь доказательства этого;
