ACL code можно найти, в основном, на сайтах учебных заведений Великобритании, но далеко не все учебные заведения его опубликовывают и сообщают только под запрос
Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) collection - Oakham School's Alternative Collection Location code (ACL)
Oakham School's Alternative Collection Location code for BRP collections is 3SC682. This code needs to be entered into the relevant area of the Tier 4 application form and ensures that the BRP will be sent directly to school rather than needing to be collected from a central area in Leicester.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERY
City, University of London - CAS for Tier 4 Visa Application
Tier 4 students applying abroad will receive a vignette (sticker) in their passport which will be valid for one month. They must travel to the UK during this time. Once in the UK they will be required to pick up a Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) within 10 days of their arrival in the UK. Our students will have the option to have their BRP delivered directly to the University where it can be picked up during registration.
Your BRP will not automatically be delivered to the University and in order to benefit from this you will need to enter City, University of London’s code in the Alternative Location on the Biometric Residence Permit Collection screen when making your visa application. If you do not choose this option, your BRP will be delivered to a Post Office.
We anticipate that queuing times at Post Offices will be long and there is no guarantee that the BRP will be delivered to a Post Office that is in convenient location for you. Students will not be permitted to enrol before they have their BRP so we therefore urge you to enter the City, University of London code in the Alternative Location screen to ensure that your are able to register.
The code for your programme is: 2HE594
Please note that the UK Government has recently made a number of changes to the immigration rules which, among other things, also affect who is allowed to extend their visa in the UK. It is therefore vital that you familiarise yourself with the current Tier 4 regulations prior to submitting your visa application.
Best wishes

When your visa application is successful, you will be issued a 30
day entry vignette in your passport which will enable you to enter
the UK. Your actual visa, in the form of a Biometric Residence
Permit (BRP), will need to be collected on arrival in the UK. Your
BRP is the documentary evidence of your UK immigration
permission.
As a University of Cambridge student you will be able to collect your Tier 4 BRP at the University but in order to do this, you must enter a particular code, called an ACL code, on your Tier 4 visa application form. There are two ACL codes for the University of Cambridge and you will need to ensure you use the correct code depending on your course. The following table explains which code you should use as well as when and where to collect your BRP.
If you need to collect your BRP earlier than these dates, you should not choose collection from the University as early collection will not be possible. Please choose to collect your BRP from the Post Office instead.
If you are not a student at the University of Cambridge, do not
use these codes, as the University would not be permitted to give
your BRP to you.
