We wanted to reassure you that at Liverpool School of English our prime aim must be to ensure the safety and welfare of students and staff at all times. 

We would like to confirm to all our loyal agents and partners that we are taking robust measures to deal with this issue including:

• Deferring all bookings from mainland China, Iran, Daegu and Cheongdo areas in South Korea and any Italian town under Italian Government containment until further notice.
• No staff will be travelling to China, Iran, South Korea and any Italian town under Italian Government containment until further notice.
• All staff are being made aware of the Coronavirus, its symptoms and infection control.
• Liverpool School of English has postponed all student arrivals from mainland China, Iran, Daegu and Cheongdo areas in South Korea and any Italian town under Italian Government containment.
• We continue to reinforce the importance of hand washing and covering the mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing to all students currently studying and new arrivals at induction.
• We have put up new signs to show all students the correct way to wash hands and have hand sanitizers on every floor around our school.
• We are briefing students on the symptoms to look out for and the need to self-isolate if they are worried.
• We understand that the affected countries are doing pre departure temperature checks on all travellers. 

We will be asking all agents to make sure that your students or groups have not been in Category 1 countries within the last 2 weeks. If they have please postpone their trip.
