As you are aware, the situation surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) evolves from day-to-day. Although this is a serious problem worldwide, we want you to know that we at TALK English Schools are closely monitoring the situation.  We are implementing policies and practices to best manage the situation for your students before they arrive in the USA and for your students who are already studying at one of our schools. 

For your students that have not yet arrived in the USA and wish to postpone their travels:

  • We will waive our course change fees;
  • For those students with accommodations or other services including airport transfers and insurance purchased through TALK, we will work with our providers on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee that the fees will be diminished or waived if postponement is made less than 30 days of arrival. 

Please inform us immediately if there is any disruption to the travel plans of any of your students. 

For your students already studying, we are taking precautions to ensure a safe environment for students and staff.  We have implemented the following: 

  • We have provided additional sanitation options for students and have increased the cleaning and disinfecting rates at all TALK location;
  • We have asked students to report to us if they are feeling sick and/or showing symptoms, in which case we help arrange for medical testing and isolate the student;
  • We have instructed students who are feeling sick and/or showing symptoms of being sick, not to come to school and instead email their School Director concerning their absence.  In this case we will help arrange for medical testing for the student.
