Заявитель обязан представить доказательства, что он:

Главным условием для получения визы предпринимателя в Великобританию является наличие свободных денег в количестве £200000, которые предполагается инвестировать в экономику страны и плюс к этой сумме – достаточное количество денег для содержания себя и своей семьи на протяжении времени, пока бизнес станет прибыльным. Кроме того, немаловажным условием для получения данного типа визы является знание на должном уровне английского языка.

Стоимость визового сбора составляет 1495 долларов.

По поводу визы представителя компании, шансы получить данную визу напрямую зависят от компании и от её потребности в представительстве в UK.

This page shows you the key facts for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) of the points-based system (PBS)
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must score 95 points, made up of:
 75 points for attributes
 10 points if they meet the English language requirement
 10 points if they meet the maintenance requirement
Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
If the applicant is under 18 years of age the applicant’s parents, legal guardian, or sole parent with legal responsibility for the child must:
 support the application
 give their consent to the applicant’s:
o travel arrangements to the UK
o reception and care in the UK
Applicants who have or were last granted leave as a student, postgraduate doctor or dentist, student nurse, student re-sitting an examination, student writing up a thesis or as a Tier 4 migrant must provide unconditional written consent of the sponsoring government or agency if they:
 are currently being sponsored by a government or international scholarship agency
 were being sponsored by a government or international scholarship agency and the sponsorship came to an end 12 months ago or less
Some extension criteria are amended for those with leave in the predecessor routes:
 businessperson
 innovator
These amendments are shown in the appropriate sections.
Two applicants can claim points for the same investment and business activity if they name each other on their application forms and documents. The money for investment can be shared by a team of up to 2 entrepreneurs.
Each member of the team may work in the UK as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) using the same investment funds. A maximum of 2 people in an entrepreneurial team are allowed. Neither applicant must have used the same funds with any other applicant.
Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrants who invest in the same business and are not part of an entrepreneurial team may not use the same evidence of job creation.
An applicant who has had entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain in the following categories, in the 12 months immediately before the date of application, must meet the extension criteria and cannot use the initial criteria for the following routes:
 Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant
 a businessperson
 an innovator

How long you can stay

What you can and can’t do
You can:

• work for your business, including being self-employed, but you shouldcheck your work meets the conditions of being self-employed

Уточните, пожалуйста, если у ребенка есть BRP до 2019 года + регистрация в полиции до 2017 года по Tier1 (Entrepreneur Dependant) Child визе, может ли он учиться в школе в Великобритании (на тех же условиях, что и обычные Tier 4)? Или нужно что-то дополнительно открывать ему? В принципе IHS  у него уже оплачен был еще при получении TIer 1, в полиции он и так зарегистрирован, вроде бы ничто не мешает учиться.... Светлана, британские учебные заведения, выписывая CAS должны проверить статус нахождения ребенка в Великобритании, но CAS нужен для оформления визы Tier 4 child и General. Вы в первую очередь уточните у британского учебного заведения статус спонсорства и могут ли они брать на обучение детей по визе Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependant child.
