Сегодня (12 ноября) состоялось четвертое заседание Специализированного комитета по финансовому обеспечению (SCFP).
Четвертое заседание Специализированного комитета по финансовым положениям (SCFP) состоялось сегодня в режиме видеоконференции под сопредседательством официальных лиц правительства Великобритании и Европейской комиссии. Совместный комитет по соглашению о выходе поручил этому комитету выполнять работу, связанную с выполнением финансовых положений Части V Соглашения о выходе.
Великобритания и ЕС обменялись обновленной информацией о выполнении Части V Соглашения о выходе, касающейся финансовых положений.
Они отметили сообщение от 16 сентября второго документа, в котором указываются соответствующие суммы, подлежащие выплате в связи с погашением чистых обязательств Великобритании по Соглашению о выходе. Выплаты будут производиться восемью равными ежемесячными платежами, начиная с конца октября. Европейская комиссия продолжит направлять платежные сообщения в Великобританию дважды в год, в апреле и сентябре, до погашения непогашенных чистых обязательств. Специализированный комитет также отметил позитивное участие в подготовке третьего пакета формальной отчетности, который должен состояться в конце марта 2022 года в соответствии с Соглашением о выходе.
Стороны из Великобритании и ЕС подтвердили свою приверженность соблюдению своих юридических обязательств по Соглашению о выходе.
Обе стороны обязались продолжить совместную работу по ряду вопросов реализации в знак признания взаимной выгоды от беспрепятственного выполнения финансовых положений Соглашения о выходе.

We had to close registration early this past June because of the overwhelming enrollment. We encourage everyone to please register early in 2017 to secure your spots. KGIC Surrey accepts students as young as 6 years old!
Remember! Toronto, Victoria and Vancouver also welcome groups (teenagers or adults) in the summer, and are an alternative if Global Leaders and Surrey are fully booked.

2017 Homestay Fee Implementation Period
When: Changes take effect December 1, 2016
* New registrations during the remainder of November or December 2016, for those who start at Homestays in November or December 2016, will pay 2016 fees. Starting January 1, 2017 new fees take effect for them as well.
* As of December 1, 2016 students who start at Homestays in 2017, will pay 2017 fees.
* Students registered prior to this announcement (November 2) will pay as invoiced (2016 fees).
Winter Break Reminder
All Campuses will
* be closed to students from December 26 to December 30, 2016 (Admissions/Marketing staff will still be available)
* re-open January 3, 2017 (we will not be open Monday, Jan 2, 2017)
KGIC Vancouver – Robson Street Campus will move in early 2017
Our KGIC Robson Street Campus, next to the Landmark Hotel, will soon be replaced by two high-rise apartment buildings. We are sad to leave. We called this our home for over 10 years.
However, we are also thrilled to be able to move to a brand new campus on Melville Street - 3 minutes away from the Burrard Skytrain Station.
Construction is already well under way and we look forward to sharing news and updates with you about our final move-in date. Stay tuned!
