Dear Valued Agents WikiVisa.Ru,
Greetings from beautiful Sydney!
A bit of history about our facilities here at Access, listed as a heritage building in Sydney. A heritage place is deemed to be of outstanding heritage significance to Australia, the list of national heritage places includes natural, history and indigenous places. Access moved into the building in 2003.
The building at 72-82 Mary Street is of local historical significance as the former Tooheys Administration building built for Tooheys Ltd in 1961 with showrooms and offices. The building is of aesthetic significance as a representative example of a post war international style office building, locally rare in Surry Hills, with many of the key elements of the style, being a multi-storey concrete, steel and glass office building with expressed concrete floor plates.
Please find attached more information about the building and its long history, and please feel free to contact us should you have further questions.
