Dear Parents of Year 11 pupils on a Tier 4 (Child) visa,
Tier 4 (Child) Visa Application (смотрите также вложения файлы алгоритм получения Tier4 Child виза)
Your child’s Tier 4 (Child) visa will expire later this year and he/she will need to apply for a new one before September 2017. In order for the College to issue a CAS Number we would need advance payment of at least a term’s school fees (i.e. to cover September – December 2017). Your child will also need to apply for the new visa over the summer holiday as he/she will not be allowed to return to school on his/her existing visa in September 2017, even if it does not actually expire until November.
Please appreciate that the College’s Tier 4 Sponsor status is affected if your visa is refused, even if it is for reasons beyond our control. In order to avoid a visa being refused we have put in place some guidelines to help you with your application; we hope you find this information useful.
The UKVI will require the following from you and I would ask you to be sure that you can comply with these requirements before you ask us to issue a CAS:
- Proof that you meet the maintenance (financial) requirements (see further details below)
- Proof of a passport which is NOT due to expire before September 2017
- Your child will need to have a blank page in his/her passport on which to put the vignette stamp.
- Birth Certificate
- Consent letter signed by both parents that confirms that your child can attend the school in question (see attached letter)
It is a considerable advantage if the first year’s school fees are paid in advance before you apply for a visa. Please decide whether you want to do this before requesting a CAS. The school may not be able to issue another CAS if you decide to pay the school fees in advance after your first visa application has been refused.
Eastbourne College reserves the right to decline to issue a second CAS if your first visa application is refused. If a new passport is required before September 2017 please obtain this before requesting a CAS from us.
It is highly recommended that a trusted agency helps you with the application. If you are happy for an agency to deal with the visa application on your behalf and are happy for Eastbourne College to send them the CAS number, then please inform us in writing.
You can apply for a visa up to 3 months before your date of travel to the UK. You must apply for your visa no later than 6 months after you are sent the CAS after which the CAS number will expire. Please ensure that you are familiar with the regulations in the guidance provided online:
