Dear Partner VikiTravel.Ru, WikiVisa.Ru, BritishSouvenirs.Ru, VikiVisa.Ru, EducationAdvisor.Ru, Sovet-Veterinarov.Ru, MoscowAdvisor.Com,
Following on from our message yesterday about Twin’s business continuity plans during this difficult time, I am now writing to inform you that the online plans for our UK schools are now in place, following our very positive Irish experience.
We have therefore made the decision to move all our UK EFL courses to online classes as of Monday 23rd March. We have taken this measure to enable us to continue to safeguard our students and staff. All students will be fully supported and are having demonstrations scheduled to ensure that they understand how to use the platform and have an opportunity to trial it before it goes live on Monday.
All current students will be informed that the UK schools will be closed from Monday 23rd March until further notice. As soon as the UK coronavirus situation improves we will reopen our English language schools. Please advise any students that are still planning to arrive to the UK for classes that Twin English Language Centres will be closed and that they will be provided with online learning passwords should they wish to join the classes. Alternatively please liaise with the Admissions team to postpone the student’s booking.
The Twin team will continue to support students online and by the telephone. Our homestay hosts have been provided with a further update, including the latest UK advice on Coronavirus and English UK’s host advice leaflet so they can also continue to support any students in their care.
Best regards,
Joanne Sayer
