Королева утвердила назначение преподобного каноника Лусы Нсенга-Нгой, представителя чернокожих, представителей этнических меньшинств и азиатских меньшинств, в Лестерской епархии, на Суфраганский престол Уиллесдена Лондонской епархии в порядке преемственности справа. Преподобный Питер Бродбент, ушел в отставку 30 сентября 2021 года.
Луса получила богословское образование в Faculté Universitaire de Teologie Protestante в Брюсселе и прошла подготовку для служения в Cranmer Hall, Дарем. Он отслужил свой титул в церкви Всех Святых, Стейплхерст, в Кентерберийской епархии и был рукоположен в священники в 2009 году.
В 2012 году Луса был назначен викарием в Св. Эйдане, Грейвсенд, в епархии Рочестера, а в 2017 году он приступил к своей нынешней роли в качестве представителя этнической миссии чернокожих, азиатских и национальных меньшинств и помощника в служении в Лестерской епархии.
Он женат на Мирджам, которая работает помощником учеников в Лестерском соборе. У них трое маленьких детей.
